Description

The rear of tube BL30/800 has an outer cutlass bearing and a mounting flange. Slots in the tube are designed for easy replacement of the cutlass bearing. Water-lubricated stern gear for GRP or wooden vessels.A bronze stern tube with mounting flange and one cutlass bearing aft. The slots in the tube are designed for easy replacement of the bearing, and it is suitable for a 35 mm diameter shaft.
A propeller nut with integrated zinc anode comes as standard with the propeller shaft. (option)
There are two options for water-lubrication of the shaft assemblies:
1. By means of aG?8”water scoop with ball valve, hose pillar, 1m of water hose and hose clamps (optional kit: WCAPS).

2. By tapping a small amount of water from the main engine’s raw water-cooling circuit.

For the second option, we offer the ZWBKIT. With this kit you have all you need to water-lubricate your shaft assembly by using water from the main engine’s raw water-cooling circuit. The kit consists of a T-piece(18-10-18mm), 3m of 10mm diameter hose (DWHOSE10A) and four hose clamps
