Description
The new D7 Valve has several benefits over the previous C7 model with improved inflation/deflation speed. It has an enhanced clamping method with an ‘O’ ring seal added to the valve core to reduce the risk of leaks.

- ACETAL (POM) plastic parts give high strength, chemical and ozone resistance.
- The seal is designed so that it cleans the seal surface as it operates; this also reduces the risk of leakage due to dirt contamination.
- When the cap is fitted the rugged retaining strap is hidden from view to prevent snagging on other equipment. Simple cap replacement – it does not require the valve to be removed.
- The D7 valve has a shorter internal profile than other valves making it ideal for smaller diameter tubes, for example, inflatable kayak floors.

The D7 has the highest flow rate of all of Leafield Marine’s inflation valves, reducing deflation time but with Leafield Marine’s renowned engineering. Similar to the C7 with the proven cup diaphragm mounted on a spring loaded spindle. The professionals choice! The rugged cap retaining strap is hidden from view when the cap fitted to prevent it snagging on other equipment. The seal is designed so that it wipes the seal surface as it operates; this reduces leakage due to dirt contamination.
rThe D7 valve is available in grey or black and also available as a high pressure version (up to 20psi) for air deck, inflatable SUP and other high pressure drop stitch applications.
