The ultimate cleat for kitesurf brake lines (use a 5-6mm rope for this application).Always fix a stopper ball on the brake line to stop the bar hitting the cleat base, to avoid damaging the cleat to adjust along a line – no knots to jam. Alloy cleat provides strength and corrosion resistance. Easy to adjust along a line. Also used for tensioning guy lines for larger tents, gazebos, small marquees and radio masts & antennas. Hammock support ropes and sunshades are other Clamcleat® CL826-11has an alloy cleat fixed to a composite base with stainless steel screws. Designed for outdoor use in conditions from -20ºC to +40ºC (0ºF to +100ºF). This is a high strength cleat with superb corrosion resistance. Ideal for continuous use in aggressive or very sandy finish to choose? The CL826-11 has a silver finish cleat and is perfect for most conditions, both inland and in CL826-11AN has a hard anodised cleat. Used by kitesurfers as it is better for agressive seawater and sandy beaches. You may also prefer the dark grey and simple to alter tension. No knots to fiddle with. If the supports are very close, or far apart, it is easy to adjust the cleat along the rope. Just slacken off the loops to move the cleat along the rope.
